The staff were fantastic and very kind. They went above and beyond to help us even though they were understaffed at the time. The staff made this experience significantly better. The room itself was decently clean as well.

At this price this is the best motel in Billings. Clean and comfortable bed, free wi-fi, guest laundry, vending, cable TV, microwave available to use at the office. Excellent service by staff especially Andy manager very friendly and accommodating. Wil stay again.

The general manager, Lori, was very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. She answered questions I had about the area and gave some great suggestions for what to do in the Black Hills.

Anthony & Rosa are just exceptional!!! THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO ACCOMMODATE US! There the reason we keep coming back to this location, they both should get a healthy raise! They work sooo hard! All staff are very friendly & care about guedt too! Shelia I'm sure I missed spelled her name but kudos to her as well she was exceptional too!

I liked staying here. No body bothered you at all but if you needed anything the staff was attentive and nice. There was an incident we over heard were there was a guy that tried grabbing at another Guest and the manager or staff not sure which he was but he addressed it right away and quickly and made sure the weirdo was gone. I was very happy w how he dealt w it.

The staff was great and friendly. There was a guy in particular that went above and beyond for us. I believe his name started with a “C”. He showed us our room and went in there to make sure it was clean for us. He was super friendly, got us extra pillows because my husband just had knee surgery that day. He is a wonderful, hard worker and was working several hours after he was suppose to get off. Those kind of people are hard to find now a days. He deserves a raise!
